Cilindrical UV printing is a digital process designed for decorating round or tapered objects. Using specially adapted product rotation mechanisms on standard multipass printers or by using a faster but less flexible single pass cilindrical machine, these systems apply full 360° artwork directly onto curved surfaces—with instant UV curing for fast and durable results.

Een op voorhand gezeefdrukt label laat zijn drukbeeld los door middel van warmte. Een verwarmde tampon neemt het drukbeeld op en plaatst het op uw product gemaakt uit glas of keramiek. Daarna kan dit label worden ingebakken voor een duurzaam resultaat.

Een tampon gemaakt uit siliconerubber neemt inkt op uit een uitgeëtst cliché en brengt dit over op uw product. Omdat de tampon uit een vervormbaar materiaal is gemaakt en er talloze verschillende soorten inkten beschikbaar zijn is dit een ideale oplossing voor het bedrukken van zowat alle materialen en vormen.
