The Morlock MDX-series is the cream of the crop when it comes to flexibility and reliability. The MDX-machines can both be integrated into an automation AND be used as standalone units. All MDX-machines can be fitted with a fully automated pad cleaning device upon request. 

There are countless extra add-ons that can be provided, including: 

  • a flexible tilting head to print under 90 degrees (S-varieties);
  • different sizes of ink cups (longslide-varieties for the MDX);
  • two ink cups instead of one (for two prints per cycle);

  • Print image size up to Ø 80mm;
  • Will run up to 1400 cycles/hour, depending on process parameters;
  • Siemens S7 controller;
  • very easy to maintain and quiet;
  • individual speed regulators for every movement of the pad;
  • fully automated cleaning of the pad is possible;
  • closed ink cup system MCI by Morlock.

The MDX 100 is famous for its flexibility and reliability. The fact that there are multiple possibilities for expansion and extra add-ons, once more proves that there really is a solution for every problem. 

The MDX 100 can be used as a standalone machine, mounted on a chassis, or it can be integrated into an automation line.

The MDX 125 has a lot of qualities because of the many variants that exist on its basic model. This machine has proven itself multiple times in the most demanding circumstances (very large print runs) and is very popular with operators because of its high usability and reliability.
