MTE Quick

• Print image size up to Ø 105mm;
• will run up to 1400 cycles/hour in two colors, depending on process parameters;
• Siemens S7 controller;
• printing heads can be controlled individually;
• adjustable printing sequence;
• pad stroke seperately adjustable;
• interface for interconnecting to an external SPS available as a standard fitting;
• closed ink cup system MCI by Morlock.

This installation can be used as a manual working station (fully CE-certified in accordance with most recent legislation) or it can be integrated into an existing automation, for which the interface is available as a standard fitting.

MTE 125

• Maximum size of the print image: 160x80mm (with oval ink cups);
• will run up to 1000 cycles/hour in two colors;
• Siemens S7 controller;
• height of the pads is individually adjustable;
• individually adjustable printing sequence for both colors (ex. first color double print and second color single print);
• interface for interconnecting with an existing automation available as a standard fitting;
• closed ink cup system MCI by Morlock.

The MTE 125 is perfect for projects that require large print images and a lot of compressive force.

MTE 125 Longslide
